Halifax County Harvest Days Festival

Our annual Halifax County Harvest Days Festival, presented by the Halifax County Cooperative Extension, will be held on October 17 and 18 at the 4-H Rural Life Center on Highway 903 in Halifax. Applications for food and craft vendors are available now by calling 252-583-5161.

Commercial food vendor spaces cost $100 and must provide a certificate of insurance for liability and worker’s compensation. Nonprofit food vendors are free of charge, but are asked to show a 501c3 form for tax exemption and a certificate of insurance if carried. Craft vendor spaces are $50, but crafters who demonstrate and discuss their craft are free of charge.

The deadline for reserving vendor space at Harvest Days is October 3, 2008.
