Don't Miss Summer's Best Entertainment Value

PDFPrintE-mail

The summer’s best entertainment value on the East Coast with over 20 concerts in three days is happening in Roanoke Rapids, NC!

Sugarland, Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker, and Willie Nelson will headline Rapids Jam 2011with more than a dozen additional artists scheduled to perform during the three-day outdoor festival, June 16, 17, & 18, 2011.

Rapids Jam 2011, located at The Festival Park at Carolina Crossroads, is being modeled after other successful country music festivals like Country Thunder, Big Valley Jamboree, and Country Stampede.  Unlike traditional shows, concert-goers will be able to purchase tickets to stand in front of the stage to get an even closer view of their favorite singers. A variety of camping options will also be available throughout the event.

Rapids Jam 2011 is truly a “lifestyle” event. The annual multi-day music festival draws families and friends together for an unforgettable experience. Rapids Jam organizers are proactive in making certain the experience is affordable. Festival-goers have the ability to pay for their concert tickets and their camping (if they choose to do so) in a bundled, “easy pay” format, spreading the cost into even payments over a number of months (For instance, if they purchase their tickets in January, then their total cost can be spread out over six months.)

Rapids Jam 2011 is a grassroots music event with a very different vibe. The artists love the opportunity to hang out with their fans and other artists during the multi-day festival, and festival-goers can sit back and relax with great friends and great music in a relaxed, “kick off your shoes and sit a spell” type atmosphere.

The Festival Park at Carolina Crossroads is located behind the Roanoke Rapids Theatre, immediately off Interstate 95 NC Exit 171 in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Carolina Dirt, LLC is owned by Gil and Liz Cunningham of Nashville and Jeff Copper of Kansas, who purchased the property in October.

General admission, reserved platinum and reserved gold seating tickets for Rapids Jam 2011 are on sale online at www.rapidsjam.com.
