2nd Annual Rockfish Rodeo

The Boys and Girls Club of Halifax County is holding their 2nd Annual Rockfish Rodeo on April 24, 2010, at the Weldon Wildlife Landing in River Falls Park. Don't miss the chance to fish in Weldon, NC, the "Rockfish Capital of the World!" When you support the Boys and Girls Club of Halifax County, you are supporting a program that provides a safe, positive place for kids of our community to belong and grow. Please join us in helping the kids!

Pre-registration costs $40. Registration the day of the event is $50. Registration for the Under 16 Youth division is $25.Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on tournament day.

There are both cash and fishing gear prizes, as well as the chance to win a new boat, motor and trailer, courtesy of Davis Marine in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

A meal will be provided at the boat landing.
